One of only three pieces of its kind, of which two pieces were hand made exclusively for Blue Mountain School.

Created from Small's extensive tailoring research, cut in a completely handwoven pure cotton fabric made exclusively for Small by Tessitura La Colombina in Badoere di Morgano on an 18th-century wooden handloom.

Features interior taped seam finishing, extra-large belt loops to accommodate any width or style, hand sewn taped hemlines, generous 2.5 cm seam allowances on all major fitting seams that allow the trouser to be altered and let out a full two sizes larger than its original cut for added investment value, horn buttons made exclusively for Small by Claudio and Cinzia Fontana in Parma, and hand stitched buttonholes in pure silk Bozzolo Reale Milano Seta thread, each one requiring at least 8-10 minutes to cut and sew.

Each piece is individually dyed by hand in Small's workrooms using a process that requires over eight hours to achieve its unique colour and patina.
