One of only three pieces of its kind, each hand made exclusively for Blue Mountain School.

Created from Small's extensive tailoring research, cut by hand in a lightweight, plaid weave tropical wool woven in Biella, Italy. Combined with a partial lining composition story of luxury viscose windowpane plaid woven for Small by E. Ghiringhelli, and striped sleeve linings by Cervotessile in Varese. Individually hand washed for extra ageing and softness.  

Features real working three button surgeon's sleeve cuffs, old-fashioned canvas horsehair front and collar interfacings, natural roll line along lapels and collar, working hidden lapel button and buttonhole, remarkable artisan-made horn buttons created exclusively for Small by the legendary Fontana family of buttonmakers in Parma, Italy, and 10 real hand stitched buttonholes in pure silk Bozzolo Reale Milano Seta thread, each one requiring at least 8-10 minutes to cut and sew.
