Geoffrey B. Small Men's Long Coat in Piacenza 3-Ply Alashan Cashmere superlux

Designed from an original 3-button notched-lapel classic long coat length pattern, from extensive tailoring research. The coat is cut from supersoft 550 gram 3-ply Alashan cashmere, woven by Fratelli Piacenza, the oldest woollen mill in the world. 

Lined with a 16-momme raso pure silk floral lining, by the Brenna family of Como, the coat is hand-dyed and washed in the GBS workrooms in Cavarzere, Venice, in a 20 hour process, in order to achieve maximum softness and drape.

The design features working surgeon’s cuffs, hand cut besom welt pockets, and a tailored centre vent, as well as a 2.5 centimetre seam allowance, and real-horn buttons, made by the Fontana family of Parma.
